After years of training clients, learning new things through certifications, and taking tons of continuing education courses, I have been able to develop the proper systems to help you conquer all of your goals. No matter what the goal is, we will work together to achieve what we set out to accomplish.
As a certified Precision Nutrition L2 Master Coach, one of the main components to my coaching is understanding who YOU are. We work together to find your strengths and use them to create sustainable habits that give you the results you are looking for.
You get all of the benefits of 1:1 coaching but you get to do it all on your own time. With my app, you are able to have me in your pocket at all times without the stress of having to make sessions. With weekly check-ins around your habits and exercise program, we can make sure you achieve your goals in the same way!

My journey to become a master coach began when I suffered a devastating injury my senior year of high school. While playing lacrosse my senior year, I suffered a very bad back injury that would leave me sedentary for about two years. This was different for me because I was coming from being a very active individual who was a multi sport athlete and a regular gym goer pretty much my entire life. During these two years of being sedentary, I started to pick up very unhealthy habits around my food choices and my mindset. This led to me becoming depressed and gaining 65lbs.
In 2012, I stepped on the scale and saw a number I never could have imagined. From that moment forward I decided to take control of my life back and make the necessary changes I had to. I joined a gym for the first time in years and began to change my unhealthy habits into healthy and sustainable ones . I fell in love with the endorphins exercise and my progress were providing me. My consistency led to me losing 30lbs!
After those 30lbs, due to my story and my motivating energy, I was asked by the gym to teach classes. That is where I began to find my passion for coaching others. Over the next year and a half I continued my weight loss journey and lost another 35lbs, changing my life forever.
After college, I got certified by The Academy of Applied Personal Training Education and got my first job at a corporate facility. I learned from some of the best, getting multiple certifications, and becoming the #1 trainer at my club.
After 4 years with the company, I decided it was time to do things on my own. I went on to create Ka Blau Fit, Inc and become a Precision Nutrition L2 Master Coach. I did this so I could help more people achieve their goals by creating sustainable, long term habits than just the people who were in my physical location.
Teaching people how to live a healthier life is my passion, and I can not wait to help so many more people on their journeys to becoming a better version of themselves.
